Changes to City Ground Coming?

Fairly cryptic messages circulated in the last few days from the usual Kuwaiti sources about the fact that change is coming to the City Ground, and after a bit of a reveal from Dr Tarek, it appears this is likely to be a bit more razzmatazz at the City Ground. For one it will be Big Screens. No club worth its salt doesn’t have these. The rumour goes that they will be in the corner of the Trent End and Brian Clough Stand, and the opposite corner, perhaps above the Bridgford End, which sounds dodgy at best to me. Between a corner of the Trent End makes sense, and the corner between the Main Stand at the Trent End is fairly well used by the Ground Staff on a match day so I can’t see them blocking that totally off. Also as a Trent Ender either corner by itself would be horrendous, immediately missing off half the ground should this rumour be right. As a traditionalist I am not a fan. Matchday with Max : Post Boro

You may have seen, but there is a new young sensation on Trentside. And I am not just discussing Kieran Dowell, but Matchday with Max has been a revelation. I've agreed with Max to feature his videos, the young lad deserves all the attention and adulation he gets. So please watch below if you haven't already. So as long as Max keeps up his excellent output we will continue to feature his post match analysis.

A Lapsed Fan

Whats this? a new Forest 24-7 blogpost. Wow. Yes for the first time in what feels like a while I've fe;t that urge to write again. I used to blog so often, but the last days of Fawaz killed my enthusiasm. It just wasnt fun writing "everythings fucked" repeatedly. I've gave up my season ticket a couple of seasons ago. That was mainly because of life, but the repeateded moving of fictures to midweek, with commuting back upto Yorkshire was just too tiring. Mortgages quickly swallow up that money. Anyway, I try to keep as up to date as one, without actually being there every week. So how can I write about the club if I'm not actually there. well f course I get regualr updates from those who do. I still know plenty of season ticket holders. That and Twitter. Ahhhh Twitter, for so long it was a great tool, and then it got inundated with dickheads who seem to value saying something daft and getting attention ahead of actual reasoned debate.
